Playroom Pre Pool Table

Mike has wanted a pool table since I met him. He measured our on-base housing several times, always realizing that it wasn't a good idea and we didn't really have room anyways. There was not a single room in our last house that would have been big enough - not a SINGLE one.
When we built this house - he installed the pool table light with the rest of the lighting. I've been keeping the kids play table underneath it so I don't kill myself on it as I walk through the room.

So, this is our playroom - I'll post more pics on Friday after the pool table takes it over ;)

You can see Emma's door on the far left. The TV is on the far right and I'm standing in the middle of what will be the pool table. That black counter height table I now use for cutting fabric was purchased with four chairs because the table with four stools was cheaper than buying two stools. I know, crazy. I was going to sell it on craigslist and keep the stools but I really like it near my sewing.

That bike is usually in front of Mike's TV downstairs in the movie room. We moved it up here for the Christmas Party and just haven't moved it back.

Where the pool table will go. I just made the valences - I know they're too wide, I'm hoping to build out valences and attach these to those, but until then...

Jolene's sewing/computer hole. I LIVE in here.

No sewing area should be perfectly clean - it stifles creativity ;)
