I'm Having a Terrible Day

Alison talked about being two and it made mommy laugh and laugh but I had a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day and it doesn't make me laugh.
The phone rang this morning at 4 but I heard daddy talking so I knew everything was going to be okay.
Then it got really quiet...for a long time and I started to get scared so I cried.  Daddy came in and rocked me to sleep.
A little while later I heard sister making noise but then it all got quiet again so I cried again.
Mommy came in and rocked me to sleep but my teeth hurt, so I didn't sleep for long.
It was okay though because Emma was still awake from way earlier so I had someone to play with.
The problem is that she wouldn't let me play with her hair and neither would mommy.  They kept looking at me really mad and saying, "Jack, No Pull!"  But I don't know what that means and their hair is just so pretty...
I was really hungry but I couldn't eat.  My teeth hurt.  I just want more milk.
Emma won't let me play with her scissors, mommy won't let me play with her curlers and the dog keeps walking NEAR me!
I'm really having a horrible, no good day.
After Emma left for speech with Gramma, mommy said, "thank goodness" and plopped on the sofa.  I knew right away that she wanted to play with me.
Mommy wanted to watch Curious George.  I blanked out for a while and mommy went into the kitchen.
Then the movie was boring because the monkey went away so I decided to test my walking skills.  The couch jumped up and hit me right in the eye!  Just as I was trying to give it a big hug!  Mommy dropped the chicken in the sink and helped me up.
I was bleeding.
It was a no good, very bad day.
Now my eye is all puffy.
And Emma will be home soon.
She won't let me play with her things.
But I do anyways.  Then she screams.  Then I scream.
Mommy yells at Emma and not me.
Don't judge me, I'm having a terrible, horrible day.
I really just wanted for daddy to get home.
